Bruce Hotel Party Bus
Our 19 passenger bus is now available for bookings! Gather your group, we'll pick you up and bring you to the Bruce Hotel for supper, and back home again. The bus comes with a qualified driver, is fully licensed, has a kickass stereo, and can travel up to 150kms from Bruce. At this time the bus cannot do pickups/drop-offs within the City of Edmonton (but we can meet you outside of the city limits!).

Frequently asked questions about the bus:
Q: Can we book the bus for other events or do you lend/rent it?
A: Unfortunately not, the bus is only for picking up supper guests on supper nights.
Q: Can we bring alcohol on the bus?
A: The bus is equipped with it's own AGLC liquor license and all liquor has to be ordered through the hotel. You cannot bring your own liquor aboard, no exceptions. Bottled water is provided for free on the bus.
Q: Are minors allowed on the bus?
A: Minors over the age of 10 years are permitted at the hotel for supper for the early seating tables, and are permitted on the bus for that early seating, however, if a minor is on the bus there is no liquor permitted on the bus.
Q: Can the bus make stops at other bars for us on the way to or from the hotel? ie: pub crawl or bar hop.
A: No, as per our AGLC liquor license the bus is not permitted to make stops at other establishments, it can only stop for bathroom/smoke breaks.
Q: Can the bus pick us all up at our individual homes?
A: No, the bus can only do one pickup/drop-off location.
Q: How far can the bus travel?
A: The bus can travel up to 150kms from the Bruce Hotel.
Q: Why can't the bus pick us up in Edmonton?
A: The City of Edmonton requires us to have a business license with them, along with the one from our own county, as well as many other licenses/permits for the bus and our drivers. We are more than happy to meet your group outside of the city (just Uber to a convenient location). We'll reassess in the future and decide if we want to add Edmonton for pickups.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: 50% of your bus rental fee (details below) is due at time of booking and is refundable up to 7 days before the booking date if your plans change. The other 50% is due one day before the booking. Payments can be: cash at the hotel, credit card, or e-transfer. A credit card is also required at time of booking for incidentals and damages if any occur.
Q: Does the bus fee include our meals at the hotel or any drinks at the hotel or on the bus?
A: No, the bus fee is just for the bus. Any food or drinks are purchased separately.

EARLY SEATING
50kms or less from Bruce : $500 for 3 hours
100kms or less from Bruce: $925 for 4 hours
150kms or less from Bruce: $1350 for 5 hours
LATE SEATING
50kms or less from Bruce : $600 for 4 hours
100kms or less from Bruce: $1025 for 5 hours
150kms or less from Bruce: $1450 for 6 hours
(late seating bookings have the option of adding additional time at the rate of $160/hr to stay longer at the hotel for more karaoke)
